We offer nationwide construction cost advice, estimating and tendering support, on a large range of both residential and commercial construction projects. We have a varied list of clients from large public sector organisations, private individuals looking to develop their home, small and medium sized builders & contractors requiring estimating support and developers looking for feasibility cost advice. We also offer Quantity Surveying support for the duration of projects, which includes contractual advice and site valuations, claim assessments and final accounts.

theonlinequantitysurveyor.com / Mark S Davies and Co Limited was established in 2014 and is run by Mark Davies who has worked as a Quantity Surveyor for over 20 years. His experience includes senior roles as a Project Quantity Surveyor for local authorities, hospital trusts and education. He has also spent time as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor and Estimator working in building, civils, new build housing and social housing. He has vast experience of both JCT and NEC contracts including construction frameworks. Mark is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
