We price work for Contractors and builders pricing small domestic projects up to large commercial works. We will provide a full price breakdown for the Client or complete the Architects Schedule of Work or Bill of Quantities, provide full backup to our rates with labour/plant/materials/margin and labour hours calculated for each item, suggest a programme duration and provide a full covering letter for you to send out with qualification and exclusions that we recommend.
A set of fully drafted Tender Documents all ready to be sent out for tendering your project. Includes 1 x Preliminaries document (explaining the general details of the project, contractual information, site specific information and the like), 1 x Schedule of Works up to 100 items long, Price Tender Return templates and draft covering letters.
Applicable when using the JCT Minor Works, Homeowner or NEC Sort Form Contracts as examples.
Applicable when using the JCT Intermediate Contract as an example.
Applicable when using the Standard JCT Form or the main NEC Forms.
We can of course advise on the merits of the different forms of procurement and building contracts available and the suitability to your project.
